What is PicDice?

PicDice is the first DIY kit that transforms your favorite photos into personalized dice mosaics. Part puzzle, part art project, and the end result is stunning premium wall décor made entirely from real, functional dice.

🎨 How It Works

1. Order Your Kit - Choose Standard (24"×24") or Large (40"×40")
2. Upload Your Photo - After purchase, upload any image and and adjust the settings until you love the result
3. Get Your Custom Map - We create a personalized placement guide just for you
4. Build Your Mosaic - Follow the map to place each die (2-3 hours for Standard, 6-9 hours for Large)
5. Display Your Art - Mount directly on your wall with double sided tape or frame it for a gallery finish (frame not included)

*Standard Kit works best with 1 face. For 2-4 faces, choose the Large Kit for better clarity and higher resolution

What Photo Works Best?

PicDice works with almost any photo, but some details don’t translate well once they’re broken down into dice pixels. Here are some tips:

✅ Works best with:

• Close-ups and clear subjects (like a single face, pet, or landmark) look sharper than busy group shots.
• A single face works best, but 2–3 faces can also work well. Beyond that, detail is usually lost.
• Photos with good lighting and strong contrast translate into more detail.
• Pets, travel shots, and bold graphic designs often turn out beautifully.
• Dark, low-resolution, or blurry photos may lose detail in the shading.

❌ What may not work as well:
Crowded group photos, images with too many tiny details, or photos with flat/poor lighting may lose clarity when pixelated into dice.
